The Iron Skillet has been a landmark in Collingwood since Tony and Doris Sensenberger started the restaurant in 1991. Happy to be back serving the old favourites; Schnitzels, Pasta, Ribs, Steaks, Mexican and Thai.  Tony is always inspired with new creations when they return from one of their adventures. Relying on only fresh ingredients the specials change daily and reflect the bounty of the season.  Our specials are our specialty!  Everything at the Skillet is made to order so this enables us to address any food allergies or intolerance’s any guest may have.  At the Skillet we have always prided ourselves on providing the guest with outstanding food and service!
